What you will do:
  • Agent Responsibilities
    • Act as the primary point of contact for new agents or teams, addressing questions and concerns.
    • Assist agents with transaction-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.
    • Actively check all the agent listings and documentation in CRM to ensure everything is entered properly and correctly.
    • Constantly control and check the official company portal accounts to be sure listings and details are aligned with the Company image.
    • Carry and enter the individual agents listings from CRM to portal.
    • Manage the individual agent listings by answering the calls every day, including weekends, from morning to evening and forward the inquiries to the relevant agents.
  • Transaction Responsibilities
    • Process, review, and oversee all transactions from initiation to completion.
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of transactions, contracts, and agreements.
    • Educate agents on company policies, compliance requirements, and transaction best practices.
    • Assist agents with transaction-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.
