What you will do:
Agent Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for new agents or teams, addressing questions and concerns.
Assist agents with transaction-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.
Actively check all the agent listings and documentation in CRM to ensure everything is entered properly and correctly.
Constantly control and check the official company portal accounts to be sure listings and details are aligned with the Company image.
Carry and enter the individual agents listings from CRM to portal.
Manage the individual agent listings by answering the calls every day, including weekends, from morning to evening and forward the inquiries to the relevant agents.
Transaction Responsibilities
Process, review, and oversee all transactions from initiation to completion.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Educate agents on company policies, compliance requirements, and transaction best practices.
Assist agents with transaction-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.
