Job Description:

We are excited to be looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist! you’ll be responsible for managing banner ads across various DSPs, ensuring seamless execution, and optimising ad performance. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with platforms like Adform, MediaMath, TradeDesk, or Beeswax, we’d love to hear from you!

Core tasks:

  • Manage banner ads and tags across our DSPs, including Adform, MediaMath, TradeDesk and Beeswax
  • Upload and organise translated banners to our ad server
  • Perform quality assurance and troubleshooting to ensure banners display correctly
  • Monitor and maintain correct percentage splits on direct deals
  • Conduct A/B testing on banners and create performance comparison reports

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ad operations or programmatic advertising
  • Knowledge of DSPs (experience with Adform, MediaMath, TradeDesk or Beeswax is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Basic reporting and analytics skills

Nice to Have:

  • Basic coding skills for automating banner uploads and management
  • Experience with banner creation or HTML5 ads
  • Understanding of programmatic buying and direct deals
  • Knowledge of generating tracking links
