About TMS Financials

TMS Financials is an established Sydney accounting firm that's been helping Australian businesses for over 30 years. We're looking for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly team and help keep things running smoothly.

You'll be working directly with our Sydney team - this is real client work, not call center or BPO work.

What You'll Do

Daily Tasks:

  • Answer phones and emails from clients in a friendly, professional way
  • Keep client files organized and up to date
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Help prepare documents and reports
  • Follow up with clients when we need information
  • Support our accounting team with various tasks

You'll Also Help With:

  • Managing deadlines and keeping track of important dates
  • Data entry and updating our systems
  • Coordinating between team members
  • Basic administrative tasks that keep the office running

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • At least 3 years working in an office environment
  • Some experience with accounting or professional services is helpful
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software

Skills:

  • Good English communication (speaking and writing)
  • Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks
  • Friendly phone manner for talking with clients
  • Reliable and able to work independently from home
  • Attention to detail

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Experience with Australian businesses
  • Knowledge of accounting software like Xero or MYOB
  • Previous work in accounting firms
