This is a remote position.

Role Name: Social Media + Inside Sales Specialist

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm New York time with 1 hour of unpaid break

Job Description

This is an exciting dual-role opportunity where you’ll be the driving force behind both the company’s social media strategy and lead management operations. You’ll transform raw property videos into compelling social media campaigns while simultaneously nurturing incoming leads through the sales funnel. This role offers incredible variety, creative freedom, and the chance to directly impact a growing business in the fast-paced New York real estate market. You’ll work closely with experienced agents who understand the value of digital marketing and will give you the autonomy to make meaningful contributions to their success.


Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube using existing property and neighborhood video content
  • Develop compelling scripts for voiceovers and expertly merge them with video content to produce polished 1.5-minute social media posts
  • Manage and qualify incoming leads using provided scripts while maintaining compliance with real estate licensing requirements
  • Schedule property showings and coordinate seamlessly with agents’ busy calendars
  • Handle email correspondence and administrative tasks while agents are conducting client meetings and showings
  • Process rental applications from initial submission through successful completion
  • Strategically coordinate posting schedules across multiple platforms, including cross-posting content on different days for maximum reach
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills for professional client-facing interactions
  • Proven experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and platform management
  • Basic video editing capabilities for merging audio and video content into polished posts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for lead management and follow-up processes
  • Ability to follow provided scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversation flow
  • Understanding of compliance requirements when representing business activities
  • Creative writing abilities for developing engaging social media scripts
