A high-growth personal development and coaching brand is seeking an experienced AI Tech Specialist to support an impactful automation initiative. The ideal candidate will help build and deploy a smart, branded AI chatbot by leveraging a variety of internal digital assets including coaching recordings, LMS content, and transcript data.

This is a priority role designed to accelerate the company’s next phase of growth by enhancing scalability, client personalization, and operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy an AI chatbot using internal assets, including:
- Recorded coaching sessions
- Learning management system (LMS) content
- Transcripts from transcription tools
Design intelligent workflows for:
- Lead qualification
- Customer support
- Ongoing engagement
Integrate the chatbot with various platforms such as:
- LMS
- Email
- Website
- CRM tools
Maintain the brand’s tone and voice in chatbot interactions
Recommend and implement automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to support workflows
Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to enhance user journeys
Monitor performance and iterate for continuous improvement

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in AI chatbot development (ChatGPT, Dialogflow, GPT-4, or similar)
Familiarity with transcription tools and LMS platforms
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational UX best practices
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, etc.)
Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred: Experience building AI bots for coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses
