What are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner, Temporary position Maternity leave cover for 12 months, to join our Global Recruitment team @ Checkmarx.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process- starting with profile the best candidates, develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage to talents, build an effective hiring process, interview, and act as a partner in all hiring decisions making.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a talent acquisition partner recruiting for both Tech and Non-Tech positions from an organization or recruitment agency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to details, accurate and organized.
  • A clear understanding of technical terms and roles
  • Experience in recruiting for multiple locations and cultures
  • Fluent written and spoken English proficiency
  • Proven sourcing skills, using technological platforms
  • Experience with social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Independent results-oriented and attentive to details
