With Sparesbox being a business within Genuine Parts Company (GPC) this means you’ll also be joining the world’s largest distributor of aftermarket parts, employing more than 5000 dedicated team members across Australia

Due to continuing rapid growth, we are currently hiring a Full Time Customer Experience Advocate where you will be working from home and be a part of a highly performing team that values collaboration and making every day as fun and productive as possible!

If your someone who:

  • Is potentially looking to get of the tools and use your mechanical aptitude/ knowledge to confidently communicate both verbally and in writing with our customers

  • Enjoys working as part of a team but thrives working autonomously and can manage your own time and workload effectively

  • Succeeds working in a fast-paced team, enjoying the challenges of making customers happy, whilst collaborating with other areas of the business facilitating positive overall customer experiences

  • Possesses strong attention to detail, you often pick up on things that others would miss!

What you’ll bring:

  • Our customers engage with us digitally via email, live chat and the phone so sound computer literacy and an excellent phone manner are vital

  • Your automotive parts interpreting “know how” – in other words, your technical parts knowledge from previous parts interpreting experience and/ or your mechanical background

  • Experience with 4x4 accessories, performance and/or aftermarket parts highly desirable

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating ‘moments that matter’

  • An interest in E-commerce technology
