At Eurofins PSS Europe, we’re looking for a driven and passionate Junior Manager to take our Compliance Excellence Program to the next level! If you’re a science professional with a talent for leadership and a passion for operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make a Europe-wide impact.

As the Junior Manager for Compliance Excellence, you'll support our scientific teams across Europe by:
✅ Driving quality and performance through structured tools, mentoring, and training
✅ Ensuring operational processes are standardized and high-performing
✅ Evolving our Compliance Excellence program to remain competitive and fit-for-purpose
✅ Working closely with leadership and on-site Eurofins PSS teams to meet and exceed client expectations

✔️ Degree or diploma in a relevant scientific field
✔️ 5+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in leadership
✔️ Strong GMP knowledge and operational process expertise in pharma or medical devices
✔️ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Passion for quality, customer service, and continuous improvement
✔️ Comfortable with travel across Europe

🍼 This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with a high probability of becoming permanent.
🏡 The role is home-based, with regular travel across Europe to support our teams on-site.
