Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Services Trainee to support our growing mobility operations. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the daily administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of fleet-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and timely fleet documentation by uploading and organizing digital records across systems.
  • Help prepare and update regular reports on fleet performance, cost development, and asset status.
  • Ensure consistency and data quality across internal records and documentation workflows.
  • Monitor and follow up on open tasks related to fleet usage, documentation compliance, and service schedules.
  • Support with general communication and coordination between departments to resolve open issues.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the team on ongoing projects, including travel services where applicable.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks reliably and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Good communication skills in English.
