Overview / Purpose of the position

  • To conduct on-site assessments and training against the requirements of relevant standards or specifications.根据认证认可准则,按照相关法规及国际标准对客户质量管理体系及产品进行符合性审核和培训。
  • To provide expertise, produce surveillance and initial assessment reports and make recommendations for certification decisions.撰写审核报告,对于证书的发放提出专业意见。
  • To promote the BSI product offering and solutions to our clients with the view of improving their business performance, managing risk.向客户提供BSI专业的解决方案以提高客户业绩, 防范企业运营风险。

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Complete the assessment and training service assignment by Head. 完成部门负责人安排的审核和培训工作。
  • Leads BSI's internal research and development, designing and developing new services. 主持ICT产品和技术研发活动,设计开发新的服务。
  • Manage the project portfolio, Identifies resources needed and assigns individual role and responsibilities. 管理ICT项目群,识别所需资源并为不同项目分配角色和职责。
  • Manages quality and scope of ICT project portfolio. 管控ICT项目群的质量和范围边界。
  • Manages the development of team and inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence. 促进团队的成长,激励团队达成目标并追求卓越。
  • Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions, and effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential. 保持对每一位团队成员贡献的认可,并充分有效地利用每一位团队成员的潜能。

Person Specification

  • In-depth knowledge of ICT and Information Security methods and technologies 深刻理解ICT及信息安全技术和方法论
  • Proficiency in two or more of the following areas: Information Security/ISO27001, Cloud Security/CSA STAR/ISO27017, IT service Management/ISO20000/ITIL, Privacy/ISO27701/ISO29100/ISO27018, Business Continuity/ISO22301, IT governance/COBIT, Project Management/Prince2/PMP, etc. and with industry reputation in at least one of these fields 精通一下多个领域:信息安全管理/ISO27001/等级保护,云安全/CSA STAR/ISO27017, IT服务管理/ISO20000/ITIL, 隐私保护/ISO27701/ISO29100/ISO27018,业务连续性管理/ISO22301/ISO27031, IT治理/COBIT,项目管理/Prince2/PMP等的国际标准和最佳实践,并至少在某一个以上专业技术领域具有行业知名度
  • 10+ years information technology experience with a minimum of 5 years in-depth hands-on information security experience 10年以上IT相关工作经历,其中至少5年信息安全工作经验
  • IT operation, IT developing, information security management, risk management, IT auditing team leader work experience in large and medium-sized enterprises 具有在大 中型企业IT运维、开发、信息安全安全管理、风险管理、IT审计团队领导工作经验
  • Master's degree or more high education experience in computing science, information systems, or equivalent education experience 计算机 /信息系统及IT相关专业硕士及以上教育经历
  • Two or more of the recognized security professional certifications are must, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CCSK, CIPT, CIPM, CCIE, ITIL expert or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor  至少持有三项以下资格认证: CISSP、CISA、CISM、CCSP、CCSK、CIPT、CIPM、CCIE、ITIL expert,ISO27001主任审核员
  • Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor Great at communication and presentation skills 以身作责,能够作为榜样和导师激励他人成长
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills 具有良好的组织、多任务和时间管理技能
  • Strong ability in communication and presentation 精通沟通和演讲技巧
  • Travel frequently within China 适应国内频繁出差
