We're currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team — a dynamic group of 20–25 professionals — to lead and support multiple recruitment efforts and strategic initiatives across the company.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong Excel/Office skills.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles across ENG.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Create job postings and employer branding content across social/job platforms.
- Develop and manage referral, rotation, and internal mobility programs.
- Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics to improve results.
- Manage recruitment tools, platforms, agencies, and vendor relationships.
- Own budget tracking for the Talent Acquisition sub-area.
- Build and maintain databases and documentation for recruitment.
- Deliver reports and presentations to the People team and leadership.
- Stay on top of talent trends and competitor insights.
- Collaborate on new TA and People projects (platforms, tools, methods, etc.).
- Provide onboarding support and mentorship for new team members.
- Drive innovation and bring fresh ideas to improve our processes.
