POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for outbound sales, re-engagement and relationship management for C and D tier accounts. Grow sales by educating the accounts on promotions, product offerings, and brand differentiators. This role is key in building and maintaining brand presence, uncovering sales opportunities and driving revenue through consistent strategic contact with key stakeholders including Owners, Managers and front-line Travel Advisors. 

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conduct outbound calls to assigned C and D level accounts to generate new and repeat sales
  • Re-engage dormant or low-activity accounts through targeted outreach and personalized engagement
  • Grow business with advisors who currently have only one booking annually
  • Educate accounts on current promotions, products, and services to increase engagement and bookings
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with assigned accounts, including groups and charters
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to share insights, support overall account strategies, and transition promising accounts as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and account interactions in Salesforce
  • Achieve or exceed daily sales volume and revenue targets
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership on account trends and customer needs
  • Travel may be required for trade industry events or trainings

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience required
  • Travel industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Experience with Longitide, Calypso, Kaptio, or Tropics is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor
  • Strong ability to present and sell effectively over the phone
  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage resources efficiently
     

SALARY: $60,000 - $65,000  plus Quarterly and annual bonus plan, with the potential to earn up to 30% of base salary
