Job description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Manager of SaaS Applications will assist, manage and implement Enterprise SaaS Platforms (such as Concur, AmexGBT, Prophix, Servicate, XE Corporation, HRIS Systems (ADP/UKG), Avalara, Cash Analytics, FloQast, GitHub, Scribe or EDI Platforms) including managing all renewals, analytics and contract pricing.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain and support SaaS Applications ensuring reliable performance and reviewing and implementing latest functionality and releases. 
  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize, design, and implement SaaS Application solutions effectively. 
  • Provide exceptional support and assistance to other IT departments and end-users, enhancing user satisfaction and system usability. 
  • Offer technical support and training to peers, enhancing team knowledge and capabilities. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption. 
  • Utilize the Microsoft 365 suite proficiently (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) to support business processes and team collaboration. 

 

SUPERVISION OF PERSONNEL:

  • None initially, but may lead up to 4 people.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Enterprise SaaS Applications
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and accounting principles. 
  • Experience with helpdesk and ticketing systems. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of gathering technical requirements and translating technical details into clear, user-friendly instructions for end-users. 
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently. 

 

JOB LOCATION:

  • The position is fully remote with minimal travel required to IEM facilities or conferences.
