Role Description
We're seeking a digital-first Marketing Officer to join our remote team as a vital player in our mission to make fitness accessible and efficient. This permanent full-time position is perfect for a self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.

As our go-to digital operator, you'll support the Head of Marketing in executing data-driven, engaging, and scalable marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, attract leads, and drive conversions. You'll handle content creation, social media calendars, influencer coordination, CRM workflows, and campaign execution while translating our core values into compelling marketing that moves people.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Strategy

  • Support national and local marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate back-end logistics including landing pages, email workflows, social content, and lead funnels
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards and seasonal goals

Social Media Management

  • Maintain and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and manage monthly social media calendars
  • Create engaging, conversion-focused content using Canva and AI tools
  • Drive community engagement through active audience interaction

Influencer & Content Creator Coordination

  • Identify, brief, and manage influencers and content creators
  • Organize monthly content shoots and oversee asset delivery timelines
  • Ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards

Email Marketing & CRM Automation

  • Build and manage email campaigns, nurture sequences, and SMS automations using Go High Level
  • Track and optimize performance metrics including open rates, CTRs, and conversions

Website & Digital Asset Management

  • Update studio pages, blogs, testimonials, and localized content via WordPress and Elementor
  • Ensure SEO-friendly content aligned with AU/NZ market variations
  • Manage digital asset platform for franchise access

Agency & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with external contractors for quality and timely delivery
  • Liaise with Studio Managers, franchisees, and suppliers for campaign rollouts
  • Manage communications through project management tools

Internal Communications

  • Produce newsletters, studio updates, and in-house publications
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns focusing on customer acquisition and retention
  • Train and assist network teams with digital asset management
Tools You'll Master:
  • CRM: Go High Level (campaign automation, funnel management, SMS & email flows)
  • Website: WordPress with Elementor
  • Design: Canva
  • AI Tools: ChatGPT for content ideation and copywriting
  • Social & Advertising: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
  • SEO & Local: Google My Business

Requirements
  • 2+ years in digital marketing or communications role
  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level, Canva, WordPress/Elementor, and Meta platforms
  • Strong copywriting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with franchise or multi-location businesses preferred but not essential
