About the Role
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This remote-based role covers Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory, focusing on expanding our market presence and driving sales of connectors and connectivity products across telecommunications, data centres, and enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, influence, and secure key projects across WA/SA/NT in the telecommunications and data infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Promote Warren & Brown’s range of fibre optic connectors, patch panels, cabling systems, and related connectivity solutions.
  • Understand market needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using internal systems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region.

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in telecommunications, data infrastructure, or electrical industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of connectivity products and their applications.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across WA, SA, and NT.
