Job description

A Workday Functional Consultant with experience in Time tracking and Absence modules. The candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients.

Skills and Qualification

Minimum 2 years of Workday Functional experience with Time tracking and Absence module.
Expertise in Time Tracking, Absence and other complex HCM solutions.
Active Workday certification is preferred not mandatory.
Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
Staying up to date of the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients.
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations.
Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment.
