Job description

This is a remote position.

We are a dynamic staffing and recruiting company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing, either through education or related experience, who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. While previous marketing experience is not required, a strong understanding of marketing principles and tools is essential.

Responsabilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to help identify marketing opportunities.
  • Support content creation for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Help track and report key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing events, webinars, or promotional activities.
  • Maintain marketing databases and update customer or prospect lists as needed.


  • Requirements
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
