Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm EDT
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
  • Pull reports from various systems (software, phone system, etc.)
  • Contact customers for credit card updates (expiration dates, new cards, etc.)
  • Post and process work orders
  • Potentially answer incoming calls during peak periods
  • Data Entry for recording and file purposes
