You’ll serve as a key support partner to both the founder and growing contractor team, taking ownership of critical business operations including market research coordination, business development initiatives, and systematic process development. Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and outreach initiatives to drive company growth and market expansion
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor research and market analysis to inform strategic business decisions
  • Develop, update, and maintain critical documentation and standard operating procedures as business systems evolve
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for large-scale market research projects involving 100-200+ participants
  • Provide high-level administrative support to both company leadership and contractor team members
  • Support the creation and optimization of workflows and business systems for operational excellence
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Contribute to building scalable processes that will support the company’s rapid growth trajectory


Requirements

  • Proven experience with Google Workspace and Notion for collaboration, documentation, and project management
  • Strong administrative background with demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with experience in professional outreach
  • Research and analytical capabilities for conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple stakeholders
