Your mission

As a clerk in the training organization, you support the team of training coordinators in their daily tasks and do the valuable groundwork.

Planning and organisation of seminars, training courses and training series
Telephone hotline
Processing and coordination of customer service enquiries by email or telephone
Booking of training rooms and hotels
Coordination and review of training utilization
Contact person for trainers, participants and customers
Invitation management and participant handling/ participant registration/booking/rebooking
Training service: Support for virtual events in MS Teams
Documentation of the participants in the Learning Management System
Cost Reconciliation
Creation of statistics and reports
Contact with international customers, a lot of communication in English

Your profile

Completed education or a degree in hotel and tourism industry or comparable profession
Ideally initial professional experience in this area of responsibility
Organizational skills, diligence and reliability
Independent and structured way of working
High resilience and flexibility
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package and of spoken and written English
Knowledge of German an advantage
