Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role:
      
      As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our concierge and client support operations. Your responsibilities will span from organizing digital files and reviewing travel documents, to researching top dining spots and spa experiences, and helping ensure our clients feel truly taken care of. If you have a passion for travel, love the details, and are a proactive problem-solver, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide concierge support by researching and recommending restaurants, spas, tours, and other travel-related services
  • Review travel documents and itineraries for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and organize client files, vendor documents, and internal records in cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Assist with booking confirmations, scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • Help maintain and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Coordinate with travel partners and vendors as needed
  • Support other administrative tasks as requested (invoicing, email sorting, CRM updates)
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an administrative, hospitality, or concierge role is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, travel booking tools, and project management apps
  • Social media know-how is a big plus
  • Discreet, professional, and committed to providing top-notch client service
  • Nice to have: exp in Sabre GDS



Salary:

35,000 - 45,000
