Kenco Management Services, LLC seeks a BI Developer II in Chattanooga, TN to design, develop, test and validate dashboards and report visuals and models, based upon best practices, using Qlik Sense and NPrinting. Serve as BI Technical Support Lead for relevant help desk ticket resolution and support Advanced Data Analytics (AI/Machine Learning) efforts. Assist end-users with training. Document processes, flows, policies and procedures. Validate and test new solutions for accuracy and confirm user acceptance pre-deployment. Resolve BI related help desk tickets including user access requests and defects/issues. Gather requirements from all necessary corporate business sponsors for future BI Development. Communicate requirements to the BI team for planning and translate to technical specifications for the ETL Team (source tables, fields, and metrics calculations). Requires Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in the job offered or related occupation in warehousing/logistics/transportation industry. Work experience must include: 1) Qlik Sense Development including App/Data modeling, Qlik scripting, and Qlik Sense Administration; 2) Development experience with financial, human resource, and risk management applications; 3) Working with SQL development and Python.
