This is a remote position.

Role Name: Business Development Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break

Job Description

We’re seeking dynamic Business Development Representatives to drive our expansion efforts and connect with potential clients who need professional security services. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying opportunities and setting appointments that lead to meaningful business relationships. This role offers the chance to work with a company that’s investing heavily in business development and provides the training, tools, and support needed to succeed in generating new business opportunities in the security services sector. This role includes performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients needing security services
  • Conduct B2B outreach to businesses throughout California that could benefit from security solutions
  • Follow established company processes and standards for lead generation and client engagement
  • Collaborate with business development managers and team members to optimize results
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in company CRM systems
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about security services and industry best practices

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or appointment setting roles
  • Strong track record of generating leads and setting qualified appointments
  • Excellent communication skills for professional client outreach and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in service-based industries preferred but not required
