Localisation Program Delivery Specialist

As a Localization Program Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of localization projects, collaborating closely with a team of Project Managers on a large customer program.

The role involves complex and direct communication paths with internal teams, customers, and vendors, focusing on streamlining processes, optimization of localization workflows and best-in-class deliveries. The candidate will be part of a diverse, global team operating in a follow-the-sun model, utilizing innovative processes and technology to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of localization processes, workflows and best practices within project and program management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end localization process, on-time deliveries, quality, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of localization workflows.
  • Customer & Vendor Relationships: Support the Program Director and Operations Manager in maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Business Review Meetings: Contribute to business review meetings alongside the Program Director and Operations Manager, actively participating in discussions.
  • Tool Proficiency: Work within required tools, gain tool knowledge, and train colleagues on new tools and technologies.
  • Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and external meetings, representing the company in cross-functional calls with customers and customer initiatives.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to ensure proper resourcing based on customer and project demand.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Program Director and Operations Manager to define and execute initiatives tied to the account roadmap and strategy.


Requirements
  • Localization Experience: Extensive experience in localization (7+ years).
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven expertise in project management (5 years), with proficiency in methodologies and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent financial, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to problem solve and think strategically in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver superior customer service at all times.
  • Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of localization tools, TMS systems, industry-standard localization workflows, content management systems, and reporting tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Program Management: Experience in program management or providing strategic support to program managers.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
