We are actively seeking a Jr. Associate Support Engineer, AMS (Command Center) resident in São Paulo.

Position Summary 

As an entry level, the Jr. Associate Support Engineer, AMS (Command Center) role requires willingness to learn and acquire new technical knowledge, processes and methodologies applied on a day-to-day basis at the company. The Jr. Associate Support Engineer, AMS role will support technical issues resolution for our internal teams and clients in monitoring performance of calls, chats, tickets to ensure service targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment
  • Monitors performance across all channels (calls, chats, tickets, etc.) in real time to ensure service targets are achieved for our clients
  • Communicates cross functionally throughout the organization providing timely feedback to leaders on performance
  • Supports resolution of technical issues for our internal teams and vendors
  • Engages in our escalation process acting as a liaison between the business and technology team

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Other job-related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Experience

  • 0-1 year in any field

Skills

  • Good attitude, interpersonal, presentation and communication
  • General IT knowledge
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn new skills
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations
  • Good to have fluency in English language

Education

  • IT or Engineering Education Degree

Language

  • Must have English Reading/Writing/Speaking at Business level.
