Job description

As a Program Manager on our Revenue Enablement & Sales Transformation team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our go-to-market organization scale effectively by owning and executing sales programs, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that boost seller productivity and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Program Execution
  • Support the rollout and success of sales programs, enablement initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to ensure program alignment and impact

  • Sales Process & Operational Efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements that help sales teams work smarter
  • Create, maintain and update documentation of sales workflows and best practices
  • Coordinate with RevOps to implement and optimize systems and tools

  • Deliver Data & Insights
  • Track KPIs and help measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
  • Consolidate data to generate insights for sales leadership and transformation efforts
  • Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and presentation materials

  • Sales Process Enablement
  • Bring a working knowledge of core sales processes (e.g., lead qualification, opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting) to improve workflows
  • Help document and refine end-to-end sales processes that align with company goals
  • Collaborate with Enablement and RevOps to ensure process changes are adopted, measured, and optimized

  • Operational Support
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve tool usage, reduce friction in seller workflows, and increase CRM hygiene
  • Support implementation and optimization of sales tech stack components (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
  • Use data and reporting to surface trends, track adoption, and assess program impact

  • Change & Communication Management
  • Help lead the rollout of new tools, systems, or processes across the sales team
  • Create clear communications, playbooks, training decks, and FAQs to support change management
  • Ensure sellers understand the “why” behind the “what” and are equipped to succeed

  • What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a sales, GTM, or operations function
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Trello, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and outcomes
  • Experience working in SaaS or high-growth tech environments is a strong plus
