Deine Aufgaben
  • You enable the smooth preparation and filing of civil claims using digital tools
  • You conduct document checks to ensure the accuracy of case data and support the legal team by organizing case files, tracking court communications
  • You help build and refine internal workflows for managing high volumes of claims
  • You identify process issues and suggest practical improvements
  • You contribute to maintaining internal records and preparing simple reports

  • You have a degree in law and a strong interest in litigation and civil procedure
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • You have already worked with legal documentation or court filings, ideally in a litigation role
  • You are based in Barcelona, Spain and able to start working from home 
  • You are fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
  • You feel comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital court platforms 
  • You are a team player, open to feedback, and eager to help improve legal workflows - we want you to be part of our mission!
