About The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) Distribution & Artisans (Baden-Württemberg and Saarland).

In this role, you will be responsible for sales in Baden-Württemberg and Saarland region – it’s a temporary for about 1 year as a replacement for illness, with a strong possibility of prolonging your contract.

This is a home office position requires approximately 70% travel within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Active searching for new business opportunities, revenue prospects, and development of sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining resilient, long-term relationships with existing and new customers
  • Successful sales of our products and solutions to strengthen long-term business relationships
  • Negotiating contracts and terms with customers
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal departments and customers
  • Taking the responsibility for achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Monitoring market and competition trends and developing appropriate actions
  • Analyzing the market and competitive landscape
  • Ensuring high data quality in Salesforce

About You

  • Strong business acumen and at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the food and beverage industry
  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field, or a completed vocational training in the food trade
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English business communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.com is highly advantageous
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • You have a valid driver’s license
