We sell through Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DtC) channels, and retail. We co-develop brands with creators and communities such as Zumba and help other brands develop high-quality products through our B2B services. We are a team of 60 consumer experts based in Hamburg, where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is becoming a key player in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.


We are looking for an on a freelance basis, working fully remotely to support our Brand Management Team. With your support, you will help ensure the team's continued success and assist them in growing our brand, increasing brand recognition, and boosting sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support in developing and reviewing briefs for marketing assets (images, infographics, A+ Content, labels).
  • Assist in managing and optimizing brand presence on Amazon (Seller Central).
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Research and implement Amazon SEO strategies to improve rankings.
  • Contribute to content creation for websites.
  • Document processes, best practices, and promotional outcomes.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor Amazon promotions (e.g., Lightning Deals, Coupons).
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies and marketplace changes.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Proven experience using Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
  • Familiarity with Brand Analytics, A+ Content, and Enhanced Brand Content
  • Proficiency in third-party research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Self-motivated and proactive
