Our client is looking for a Senior Manager of Brand Management to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance market positioning and drive brand loyalty. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the brand vision, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, and overseeing impactful brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create cohesive branding materials and messaging.
  • Lead market research initiatives to understand consumer perceptions and identify brand opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform branding strategies.
  • Manage brand budgets and oversee the allocation of resources for branding campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide team members on brand management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and brand-building techniques.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
