Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand and maintain product knowledge to offer accurate assistance regarding automotive services.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to develop skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute suggestions for process improvements and service betterment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
