The roleOur Restaurant Success team is growing, and we are looking for a Restaurant Success Manager to join the team. There are two central focuses for this role - The first is to manage relationships with a portfolio of our restaurant partners, helping with general account management, and ensuring that our restaurants are getting value from their partnership with us. The second is to help drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for our partners to optimize their presence on the Seated platform and network.
To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated and self-driven, with a clear passion for growing partnerships. You will have a sense of ownership and pride in your impact on the company’s success.
What you’ll do
You will help strengthen Seated’s customer retention through calls and emails with partners
Educate existing partners on the value of Seated’s services
Provide internal feedback on how to improve retention
Proactively look for opportunities to grow revenue within the Seated partner portfolio
Proactively build and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of Seated partners while addressing concerns
Ensure all accounts in your portfolio are accurately represented in-app and across the network
Handle all inbound support tickets for your assigned portfolio in a timely manner
Maintain assigned account data within our CRM and report on the status of accounts accurately
Help your assigned portfolio of restaurants bring in new customers and optimize their revenue
What you’ll bring
2+ years of work experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales role (ideally in SMB space)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Friendly, authentic, patient, and empathetic
Self-starter and problem-solver mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data to answer customer questions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and bring a serious amount of passion to the company mission and team development
Experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
What you’ll get
