This is an exciting, newly created Finance Officer position that sits within a dynamic Finance Department in the Eastern suburbs. My client requires a candidate that has the experience within both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Strong excel skills are also required as you will be handling a large amount of work, requiring the successful candidate to use excel to manipulate and arrange data.

Responsibilities
Experience in preparation of BAS & monthly financials
Developing budgeting and reporting systems and project management.
Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related administrative tasks
Data entry
Preparation of weekly creditor payments
Processing payments to suppliers
Processing refunds to customers
Request and close follow up on supplier credits
Assist with Bank Allocations
Completing Bank Reconciliations
Assist in handling incoming calls
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
Proven ability to manage complete accounting functions
