Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Support Associate to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career to get hands-on experience supporting a growing, fully remote company. You’ll work closely with our IT Lead to help provide day-to-day support for the team, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and help keep our systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first line of support for internal IT requests and issues via Slack and email (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
  • Help set up and ship employee workstations (MacOS-focused)
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, device setup, access, documentation)
  • Help maintain internal IT documentation and guide
  • Support application access management and basic troubleshooting
  • Assist with tracking hardware inventory and licensing
  • Support occasional project-based tasks (e.g., research tools, test configurations)
  • Work closely with the IT Lead on tasks related to automation, security, and infrastructure

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles (internships or school experience welcome!)
  • Familiarity with MacOS and common business software (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Curious and eager to learn new tools and systems
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during core business hours in the US

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using an MDM system (like Jamf, Mosyle, or similar)
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • Exposure to cloud environments like AWS or VPN configurations

Compensation

$75K to $100K salary
