Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English.
  • Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and technology-related sectors is advantageous.
