Job Description
We are looking for
Account Manager in Water Division in Japan who can manage work order for projects and maintenance and revision of existing products for existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned clients including coordination with all appropriate service areas and ensuring accurate and timely project completion and delivery of superior customer service.
- Manage work order for new projects and maintenance and revision of existing products for existing clients.
- Review client requests for new services or products and route to appropriate group as needed.
- Educate and communication other key information relevant to the certification process to assigned clients.
- Accountable for quotations and updating of project scope for existing clients.
- Manage and maintain documentation and database systems for assigned clients and products.
- Work closely with Technical Reviewers to assure reviewers can complete their assigned duties and tasks.
- Meet with clients (in office, tradeshows, or their facilities) as needed to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Support BDMs for the marketing activities (tradeshows, seminars, customers’ visits and training etc.)
- Provide information regarding certification requirements and decisions to clients, accreditation representatives, auditors and regulators as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a business or scientific area of study
- Excellent teamwork skill, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Highest work ethics and integrity
- Able to analyze problems, make decisions and take initiatives
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Service minded
Preferred Qualifications
- Documented successful NSF experience
- Familiarity with the assigned project industry and relevant technical standards.
- Three (3) years relevant account management or customer service experience
