We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner to lead and drive our hiring efforts. What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles, focus on R&D hiring.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent through a variety of channels.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics and continuously optimize processes.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Strong hands-on experience sourcing and hiring R&D roles (software engineers, DevOps, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail and speed.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATS tools (Comeet experience is a plus).
  • Experience with observability companies- Big advantage 
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Tel Aviv office.
