Sr. Account Manager

We’re seeking a talented Account Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to key client groups, providing strategic and consultative guidance on identified collaborative initiatives, assessing potential risk profiles, and preparing proposals for new business and renewals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in servicing key accounts while prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery of key objectives.

Your Impact

• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external agents/producers, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Leverage your expertise in commercial P&C insurance to actively service existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
• Foster a culture of accountability by maintaining accurate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with agents/producers and carrier underwriters.
• Support client retention by participating in the renewal process, collaborating with agents/producers to prepare specifications, underwriting data, and related information.
• Drive implementation of new lines of coverage, managing account setups, collecting required documentation, and reviewing plan details with agents/producers and carrier underwriters.
• Execute detailed coverage analyses as required and provide agents/producers with precise quotations for additional coverages.

Successful Candidates Will Have

• 5-7 years of Brokerage/MGA experience preferred, with a strong background in P&C Commercial Lines.
• Valid State P&C license required; a college degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance agency management systems.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Lines coverage, rate analysis, and procedures, with the ability to clearly communicate products and plans to clients and underwriters, including compliance and legislative information.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is between $70,000 to $85,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
