Key responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer relationships and service existing clients by addressing their needs.
  • Maintain project records and generate reports as required.
  • Assist with job bidding and material takeoffs, and resolve customer disputes during contract setup.
  • Prepare and present technical presentations, while maintaining professional demeanor and appearance.

Salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually plus commission. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position

Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Develops new customers; identifies and pursues valuable lead
  • s.Services current client base, responding to needs and requirements; provides technical advic
  • e.Maintains records of projects to properly manage job sites; generates other reports as require
  • d.Assists with bidding on jobs and material takeoff
  • s.Resolves customer disputes during initial setup of contract; serves as resource to the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) following contract completio
  • n.Assists CSR with dispute resolution following completion of contrac
  • t.Determines preliminary equipment and labor availabilit
  • y.Provides clarification to customers on terms and condition
  • s.Consults with engineering and operations departments as require
  • d.Generates revenue in the commercial and construction market
  • s.Grow existing customer accounts and relationship
  • s.Develop and build relationships with new accounts and develop additional contacts within existing accounts and increase market shar
  • e.Develop and execute strategies aimed at growing target accounts related to geography, market segment, product line or account resulting in revenue growt
  • h.Keep up-to-date records on sales calls, customer contacts, and details of meetings in a timely manner in the format require
  • d.Prepare and present technical presentations on products and service
