As the Affiliate Senior Specialist you will: 
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and maximizing ROI.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize affiliate program performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing innovative solutions to improve campaign results.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the creation and analysis of detailed performance reports, using data to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure affiliate strategies are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed of affiliate program developments and achievements.

  • Client Communication: Act as a regular point of contact for clients, addressing strategic and account questions. Participate actively in weekly client calls and manage follow-up communications effectively.

  • Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term affiliate marketing strategy and vision that aligns with the brand's overall goals, ensuring sustainable growth, brand visibility, and the expansion of high-impact partnerships.

Professional Qualifications: 
  • 4-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing affiliate programs

  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten, Commission Junction) and platforms 

  • Experience in negotiating and managing partner relationships

  • Working knowledge of HTML and understanding of web technologies preferred

  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
