The Role

Force Factor is looking for a highly organized and proactive TikTok Operations Specialist to support our fast-growing presence on TikTok Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service, fulfillment logistics, and inventory coordination across our TikTok Shop operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional post-purchase experiences in a dynamic social commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Support
  • Respond to all post-purchase customer service messages on TikTok Shop, including complaints, questions, and return/refund requests
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally in alignment with Force Factor’s brand tone
  • Manage order exceptions, escalations, and disputes on the TikTok platform to protect brand metrics
Shipping & Fulfillment Operations
  • Monitor and resolve shipping issues such as delays, damaged or lost packages
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS), and TikTok fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments specific to TikTok Shop, including restocks and transfers
  • Track and enforce fulfillment SLAs, addressing delays and ensuring smooth order flow
Inventory Management & Order Accuracy
  • Track and manage inventory across TikTok Shop and warehouse systems to avoid overselling or stockouts
  • Communicate in real-time with inventory and brand teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales campaigns
  • Maintain accurate listing and fulfillment settings in TikTok Shop, including handling time and shipping policies
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Analyze order and return data to spot trends and support customer satisfaction improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date internal SOPs for workflows including customer service, inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on product launches or promotions that impact logistics
  • Stay informed on TikTok Shop policy updates, tools, and shipping requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or customer service (TikTok Shop experience a plus).
  • Must be comfortable answering customer questions and inquiries 7 days a week.
  • Comfortable working with warehouse management systems, 3PL platforms, and shipping logistics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Clear communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-hungry self-starter with a proven track record of growing sales.
  • Detail-oriented, driven, and organized high performer with an insatiable desire to win.
