Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview

This role goes beyond basic administrative tasks. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be an essential driver of sales performance and operational efficiency. You will manage CRM systems, build automations, and support a U.S.-based sales team through strategic outreach, proactive coordination, and systemized follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Maintain and optimize CRM usage (e.g. HubSpot), including internal email monitoring, creating drip campaigns, lead follow-up alerts, and task reminders for sales teams.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify gaps, build automations, and support pipeline accuracy and velocity.
  • Outreach Coordination: Support proactive outbound sales efforts, draft messaging, monitor sequences, and analyze engagement.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with American clients and prospects professionally, either directly or in support of reps.
  • Sales Admin Support: Scheduling, reporting, documentation, and communication assistance as needed.
  • Data & Reporting: Track performance KPIs, generate sales reports, and support leadership visibility.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Sales Support, Sales Enablement, or Sales Ops role.
  • Demonstrated CRM ownership (HubSpot preferred): setup, optimization, automation.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based sales teams; comfortable with American communication standards.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred:

  • Background in managing campaigns, nurturing leads, or assisting sales closers.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Asana.
