Intragen – driving Identity and Access Management expertise to customers across Europe. You will be joining our fabulous Nordics team and working remotely based in Sweden.

 

1        Your Mission

As a Software Sales Executive at Intragen, you will:

  • Identify & Engage decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and position our solutions for maximum impact across a variety of sectors.
  • Drive Revenue Growth by building a high-quality pipeline, closing deals, and exceeding targets.
  • Execute MEDDPICC Sales—qualify leads, influence economic buyers, define metrics, assess decision criteria/process, identify pain points, manage paper process, and develop champions.
  • Present & Pitch—deliver compelling demos, proposals, and business cases that convert prospects into customers.

 

2        What You Bring

  • Proven Software Solutions Sales Experience—Cybersecurity, SaaS, ERP, ITSM, or related fields preferred.
  • MEDDPICC Sales Methodology—knowledge in Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition to drive complex sales.
  • IAM Knowledge is a bonus—Okta, OIM, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc., or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Consultative Selling Approach—Exceptional at understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Fluent in Swedish & English a must, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-Starter Mentality—Entrepreneurial drive, proactive execution, and results-focused mindset.
