We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a CS - Operations Specialist to join our team!

What will you be doing?

  • Have an intimate knowledge of the product features and the ability to effectively help customers and troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
  • Processing of clients bank transfers
  • Conduct transaction monitoring to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Monitoring clients deposits and handling any issues
  • Working in accordance to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal departments and clients
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions and related tasks
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet tight deadlines and achieve set targets

Requirements

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in Back Office operations and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong professionalism, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn independently
  • Experience in handling wires/payments (Credit Cards, PayPal, Online Wires, Wallets) – Advantage
  • Relevant academic degree – Advantage
  • Experience in statistical analysis – Advantage
