You’ll own the sales process from first contact to project delivery, helping clients bring their paving projects to life. From scoping projects and developing estimates to supporting project coordination, this role blends sales acumen with a hands-on approach to project management.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales:
Identify and capture new business opportunities in commercial asphalt and concrete paving.
Build Relationships:
Strengthen ties with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Project Scoping & Estimation:
Collaborate with clients to define project needs, develop estimates, and create winning proposals.
Pipeline Management:
Manage your sales pipeline with efficiency, moving deals through the cycle and securing timely wins.
Support Project Success:
Assist in scheduling and track project progress to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery.
What You Bring:
Proven sales success in B2B sales—experience in asphalt, concrete, or a similar industry preferred.
