Account Director – 12-Month FTC

Arqiva is looking for a skilled and experienced Account Director to manage and grow our largest utility customer contracts. This pivotal role involves driving profitable growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong, positive relationships with key utility customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management within the utilities sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of customer service. Representation Represent Arqiva at external events, industry bodies, and associated companies.
Negotiations Lead negotiations with key stakeholders and identify investment opportunities for strategic and financial benefits.
Collaboration Work with the product development team to prioritize activities and maximize value.
Team Engagement Drive and deliver team engagement.
Resource Management Manage customer relationships, complete transactional activities, and allocate resources.
