Each month the England & Wales House Price Index is released which is compiled using sold house price data collected by the Land Registry. Individual house price indices are also produced for Scotland and Wales.
The Buy-to-Let index is produced monthly - an analysis of approximately 18,000 rental properties and tenancies from around the UK, includes data on rents, arrears, yields and voids and provides an invaluable insight into the state of the rental market in the UK.
