Role Overview

We’re looking for an accomplished and strategic Affiliate Account Manager to launch and grow the affiliate marketing program for The Win Zone. This is a foundational role — you’ll take ownership of affiliate operations from the ground up, including platform setup, partner recruitment, deal structures, and performance optimization.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with the freedom to move quickly and the responsibility to drive real business impact. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, performance-obsessed, and ready to build something meaningful in the sweepstakes space.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build our affiliate program infrastructure — from tracking platforms to onboarding and campaign workflows
  • Source, recruit, and activate high-quality affiliate partners, including media buyers, content publishers, sweepstakes marketers, and influencers
  • Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, focusing on delivering quality traffic and measurable ROI
  • Optimize affiliate performance across the funnel: click-to-reg, FTP (First Time Purchase) rates, CAC, and LTV
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal to ensure all affiliate activity adheres to sweepstakes laws and advertising guidelines
  • Lead the development of promotional kits, landing pages, and other marketing collateral tailored for affiliates
  • Negotiate partner contracts, custom deals, and tiered commission structures
  • Serve as the go-to contact for affiliates, providing support, insights, and ongoing performance feedback
  • Work cross-functionally with UA, BI, design, and content teams to align creative and messaging
  • Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition tactics in the sweepstakes and gaming space
  • Help shape the long-term strategy of the channel and contribute to broader growth efforts



Requirements


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in sweepstakes, iGaming, social gaming, or other performance-driven verticals
  • Proven track record of managing high-performance partners and delivering against acquisition and revenue KPIs
  • Strong grasp of affiliate economics (CPA, CPL, hybrid models) and optimization levers (commission structures, creatives, funnel improvements)
  • Hands-on experience with leading affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Impact, Tune)
  • Comfortable using data to analyze, optimize, and report on performanc 
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, adaptable, and motivated to build and own a critical growth function
  • Bonus: Familiarity with U.S. sweepstakes regulations, paid traffic sources, or a pre-existing network of affiliate contacts
