Position Summary:
The Director of Business Development and Community Engagement will be responsible for leading the University’s efforts in attaining grassroots recruitment goals in California. The Director of Business Development will devise and implement a comprehensive outreach plan that aligns Operations, Department Chairs, Faculty, Admissions Directors, Admissions staff and related stakeholders and drives the attainment of short-term enrollment objectives and long-term sustainable growth. The Director will be expected to develop new partnerships as well as maintain current partner relations to support the mission of the University. Through program evaluation and continuous quality improvement and best practices, the Director of Business Development drives optimization of the activities, systems, reports, and resources university leaders utilize to attain grassroots recruitment goals.
This position is remote- based out of the Northern California Bay Area. Domestic travel will be required. As a grant funded position, this role is contingent upon continued grant funding.

Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity is budgeted at $$75,000-$82,000 base compensation. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
