Job description

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this individual will play a key role in supporting a broad range of legal and regulatory matters affecting the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in a law firm setting or in-house legal department environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the legal team in managing contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings.
  • Draft, review, and organize various legal documents including NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, and partnership agreements.
  • Assist in managing outside counsel and coordinating legal matters with internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Maintain and organize the company’s legal files, contract database, and tracking systems.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize key findings related to healthcare, education law, privacy, and telehealth regulations.
  • Prepare materials for Board and executive-level meetings as needed.
  • Support state and federal licensing efforts for telehealth operations in coordination with compliance and operations teams

  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally including time spent in a law firm setting.
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, education law, or highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, document management, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for mental health access and education is a plus.

  • The salary range for this opportunity is $70,000-$75,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
