We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this individual will play a key role in supporting a broad range of legal and regulatory matters affecting the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in a law firm setting or in-house legal department environment and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
What You’ll Do
Support the legal team in managing contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings.
Draft, review, and organize various legal documents including NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, and partnership agreements.
Assist in managing outside counsel and coordinating legal matters with internal stakeholders across departments.
Maintain and organize the company’s legal files, contract database, and tracking systems.
Conduct legal research and summarize key findings related to healthcare, education law, privacy, and telehealth regulations.
Prepare materials for Board and executive-level meetings as needed.
Support state and federal licensing efforts for telehealth operations in coordination with compliance and operations teams
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program strongly preferred.
3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally including time spent in a law firm setting.
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, education law, or highly regulated industries preferred.
Strong understanding of legal terminology, document management, and contract lifecycle management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for mental health access and education is a plus.

The salary range for this opportunity is $70,000-$75,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
